Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prescription Interpretation & Measurement:
- Read and interpret optical prescriptions; take precise facial and eye measurements to ensure accurate lens fitting.
- Frame & Lens Selection:
- Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses based on their prescriptions and lifestyle needs.
- Eyewear Assembly & Adjustment:
- Prepare, cut, and assemble eyeglasses; perform adjustments and repairs to ensure optimal fit and comfort.
- Record & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, order details, and adjustments, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Customer Service:
- Provide knowledgeable advice on eyewear care and maintenance, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Opticianry or a related field.
- Prior experience in an optical retail setting is preferred.
- Proficiency with optical equipment and techniques; strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
