Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet and help customers.
- Answer questions and solve problems.
- Sales Support:
- Help reach sales goals by recommending products.
- Process payments and handle cash.
- Product Knowledge:
- Know about products and promotions.
- Keep products organized and displayed.
- Inventory Management:
- Restock shelves and check inventory.
- Report when products are running low.
- Store Maintenance:
- Keep the store clean and tidy.
- Make sure displays look good.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with basic paperwork and reports.
- Teamwork:
- Work with others to keep the store running smoothly.
- Promotions:
- Help set up and promote sales or special offers.
Requirements:
- Good Communication Skills:
- Ability to talk to and assist customers in a friendly and clear manner.
- Customer-Oriented:
- A focus on providing excellent service and solving customer problems.
- Basic Math Skills:
- Handling payments, giving change, and managing cash registers.
- Team Player:
- Ability to work well with other team members.
- Organizational Skills:
- Keeping the store and products neat and organized.
- Attention to Detail:
- Ensuring products are correctly stocked and displays are tidy.
- Flexibility:
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays.
- Previous Retail Experience (Preferred):
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not always required.
- Basic Computer Skills (Optional):
- Familiarity with cash registers, inventory systems, or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Minimum Qualification : Primary/Secondary School/SPM
